SVGSVGElement: createSVGLength() method

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since January 2020.
The createSVGLength() method of the SVGSVGElement interface creates an SVGLength object outside of any document trees.

Return value
An SVGLength object, initialized to a value of 0 (unitless).
