SVGSVGElement: createSVGAngle() method

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since January 2020.
The createSVGAngle() method of the SVGSVGElement interface creates an SVGAngle object outside of any document trees.

An SVGAngle object, initialized to a value of 0 (unitless).
