Element: append() method
Baseline Widely available
This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
The Element.append()

inserts a set of Node
objects or strings after
the last child of the Element

are inserted as equivalent Text
nodes.
Differences from Node.appendChild()
:
-
Element.append()
allows you to also append strings, whereasNode.appendChild()
only acceptsNode
objects. -

Element.append()
can append several nodes and strings, whereasNode.appendChild()
can only append one node.
