Returns true
if the extension can access the "file://" scheme, false
otherwise.
This is an asynchronous function that returns a Promise
.

Parameters
None.
Return value
A Promise
that will be fulfilled with a boolean: true
if the extension is allowed access to "file://" URLs, false
otherwise.
Firefox will always return false
.

BCD tables only load in the browser
