CharacterData: length property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
The read-only CharacterData.length
property
returns the number of characters in the contained data, as a positive integer.
Value
A positive integer with the length of the CharacterData.data
string.
